The Commander-in-Chief Dr. Patrick Herminie proudly commissioned three new officers to the esteemed rank of Second Lieutenant (2Lt) during a ceremony held at State House this morning.
The three newly commissioned officers are:
2Lt Chakira Rose
2Lt Dominique Andimignon – Integrated Headquarters
2Lt Keneth Evenor – Presidential Security Unit
Both 2Lt Rose and 2Lt Andimignon successfully completed a one-year Officer Training Course at the Officers Training Academy (OTA) in India demonstrating exceptional resilience and commitment to the profession of arms.
Each officer received their new rank in recognition of their commitment, discipline, and successful completion of the requirements expected of future leaders in the SDF. The ceremony was held in the presence of members of the Defence Forces Council.
This significant milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter of leadership and dedication within the Seychelles Defence Forces for the three officers.
